Charles Teye Amoatey

Charles has over 15 years of experience as a monitoring and evaluation expert. He is currently the Director of GIMPA Academy of Leadership and Executive Training. Charles holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, a masters’ in Infrastructure Planning, an MBA in Finance and International Management and a Ph.D. in Development Economics. He has consulted for several local and international Development Agencies including World Bank, ECOWAS Commission, UNDP, DFID, GIZ, KfW, SECO, British Council, Danida and IFAD in the fields of Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and regional economic development. Charles has supported several public sector agencies and international agencies in setting up M&E systems and conducted evaluations. He has participated in projects in Ghana, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Namibia, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, The Gambia, Kenya and Senegal.
