Emil is the Training Coordinator at CLEAR LAC, where he designs capacity building programs in monitoring and evaluation. He also coordinates the communication strategy at CLEAR LAC. He has collaborated in technical assistance, and research and evaluation projects for several ministries of the Federal government of Mexico. Emil holds a master’s degree in Social and Political Thought from the University of Sussex and a bachelor’s in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. He teaches political science and political philosophy at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City.
