Giovanna is a monitoring and evaluation consultant based in Mexico. She has 9 years of experience as an evaluator across different policy areas, with a focus on complex interventions and qualitative methods. Since 2018, Giovanna has been collaborating with CLEAR LAC, where she has supported knowledge management, curriculum development and training for PRiME, as well as the evaluation of Walmart Mexico Foundation’s Smallholder Market Access Program. Previously, she worked as an evaluation manager at the National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change in Mexico, and as researcher and evaluator at El Colegio de México. Giovanna holds a master’s degree in Urban Studies from El Colegio de México and a bachelor’s in International Affairs from the University of Trieste, Italy. She also holds a certificate from the International Program on Development Evaluation Training.
