Natalia Ortiz Ochoa

Natalia has worked as an international consultant in the monitoring and evaluation of sustainable development projects. She is co-founder of the Root Association ASRAIZ, which brings together a group of Latin American consultants to create a learning and networking community around the strengthening of management, planning, monitoring, evaluation and organizational learning systems for sustainable development. She is also co-founder of the Latin American Scope Mapping Center (2005), which promotes the use and continuous improvement of this methodology for project design and evaluation. Natalia has a master’s degree in rural and agricultural development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She holds a certificate from the International Program for Development Evaluation.
