Professor of Economics at the Federal University of Bahia with a Ph.D. in Economics from the Federal University of Pernambuco. Rodrigo has experience in the area of public policy evaluation with a focus on Education, Health, Poverty, and Inequality. He is currently an associate researcher at the Data and Knowledge Integration Center for Health (CIDACS – Fiocruz), where he conducts research on the impact assessment of the Minha Casa Minha Vida program and the Bolsa Família program, and the Applied Economics Research Group – UFBA where he develops research evaluating the university’s affirmative action policy on academic performance and on graduates in the labor market.
