Shubhra Mittal
India

Shubhra is currently working as Senior Program Manager at the Central Square Foundation. Before joining this team, she worked at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) as Senior Policy and Training Manager. During her time in J-PAL, Shubhra worked to build M&E capacity for various stakeholders in South Asia and worked as PRiME trainer for the Fundamentals of M&E 1 course in Shanghai, China. She has also disseminated findings from rigorous research to inform policy, built partnerships for new evaluations, and promoted the scale-up of successful programs. Shubhra holds two master’s degrees: one in Public Administration from Columbia University and the other in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. She completed her bachelor in Economics at the Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
